How we got started
Founder bought his first rental property in 1997 – a BRAND NEW condominium! It fetched much higher rent than nearby older properties. He then did a number of flips (buy a distressed property, repair and hope to sell it a higher price).
But he learnt that it will not create WEALTH! So bought his first NEW fourplex in 2015. But it was a difficult process – he had to do everything himself. Nobody was willing to share what they learnt.
